Today, Howard Stern took time to praise Fox News’ alleged “leg cam.” The legendary radio broadcaster also discussed exactly how beautiful the women over at FNC are, including Megyn Kelly, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Andrea Tantaros.
As any Stern Show fan knows, Howard can’t stop talking about Fox News. Today, however, he focused on the news network’s alleged use of a camera that’s primary focus is to show off female broadcasters’ legs.
David Folkenflik, the author of an upcoming Rupert Murdoch biography, was among the first to reveal Fox’s use of the device. When asked about Fox’s treatment of female reporters, David informed the LA audience (via, Gawker):
“There’s a camera that they have, and what they do--I’m told this is absolutely true--they sort of sort the women they have by the degree of attractiveness, and particularly the degree of attractiveness of the legs. I believe it’s the seat on the front right where, having arranged this hierarchy, they put the woman with the best legs there and they have a camera that goes directly for the legs. And so essentially they have what they call the ‘leg cam,’ and that is to accentuate the sleekness and design of that particular person on-air.”
Gawker also posted a number of GIFs that show the camera in operation. Stern also took time to praise Megyn Kelly, who is among his favorite anchors. Kelly happens to be one of Roger Ailes favorites as well. Prior to Megyn’s new show, Ailes told the press:
"Megyn is an exceptional talent who has successfully filled and surpassed each role we have given her at the network. Her ability to command the screen, delve into the facts and lead a debate is what makes her one of the most sought-after anchors in the business."
