Saucy minx Simon Cowell of television successes American Idol and X Factor, has a net worth of well over a quarter of a billion dollars, and he’s going to keep every dollar for himself. The 54-years-old English television producer is all set to marry his future baby mama, Lauren Silverman, just as soon as he can force her into a ridiculously rigid prenup.

The surly Cowell may have met his match in the 36-year-old New York City socialite. Silverman is reportedly just as desperate as Cowell is greedy. Silverman is not happy with her last prenup that she had with former husband Andrew Silverman. Though she has obviously earned the 4 million dollars promised to her by the prenup for ten year that she spent trapped in a monogamous relationship with Andrew Silverman. He is fighting the prenuptial payment to pregnant Lauren, because according to Andrew, he believes for some reason or another that she may have been unfaithful while still in the relationship. Whatever that legal jargon means.

The gold digging Lauren is not going to mess it up this time. No matter how firm a stance megalomaniac Cowell takes, she is not going to give, though she may have to. A friend of Lauren's recently told Star that the couple was in for a death match:

“Lauren is freaked out because she’s use to living the high life. She’s fighting Simon for a larger sum, but he’s sticking to his guns about only giving her a small chunk of change if they split.”

It sounds just like a match made in heaven.
