America watched closely during Season 17 of The Bachelor, and as 30-year-old insurance salesman Sean Lowe’s heart began to warm to 27-year-old graphic designer Catherine Guidici, our hearts began to melt. As 2013 draws to a close, the couple is just about ready for their January wedding.
The young couple recently explained that, while they are ready for the wedding, they still have some post-wedding plans to iron out.
The couple had no problem agreeing on the guest list:
“We’ve met lots of great people over the past year. So, yes, there are a lot of Bachelor alumni invited. The married people like Trista and Ryan Sutter will be there, as well as a lot of girls that were on her season and guys that were on my season of The Bachelorette.”
But the two are still deciding together what they should do about having kids. Sean would like to wait a while:
“We’ve talked about it. We’re probably going to wait a couple of years. We want to enjoy being married and be just the two of us.”
Catherine isn’t sure if the two will have enough time:
“I want to have five kids!...We have to start earlier if we’re going to have five.”
Whatever the two decide, lots of people are sure the couple will thrive in the new year.
Trista Sutter, the original Bachelorette, recently expressed her thoughts on the cute couple to OK! Magazine:
“I think they are doing pretty great on their own. I love that they base so much on humor. They are keeping it fun, and I think that’s so important in life, to just enjoy the moment.”
She would know.
