Rumors are always flying when it comes to power couple Katy Perry and John Mayer. Now reports are claiming that Katy could already be pregnant and engaged. A major U.S. tabloid is even saying that John’s new love songs are just him roaring about his current relationship.
OK! is back at it. The popular gossip magazine is once again claiming that Katy Perry and John Mayer may already be engaged.
According to one source who spoke with the publication, John may have had to beg for Katy’s hand in marriage, but she eventually relented:
“John and Katy are incredibly excited about getting engaged. It might not have been super-romantic because there was a lot of begging on John’s part. Katy was a reluctant bride after getting so burned. She loves John on another level that she’s not experienced before.”
The insider further claims that John is elated with his relationship. In fact, it’s made him settle down...and pen a few hits along the way:
“[John] has talked about getting hitched and having kids for years, but he’s always moaned about never finding the right woman. He’s so relieved that it’s going to happen with Katy...John is so inspired by her and has been writing some of the best music of his life.”
This is the same publication, after all, that claims that John and Katy are already working on a baby. According to the insider, the couple only found out after Katy was late one month:
“Without meaning to, Katy blabbed to John when he asked her what was wrong. Instead of him flipping out, he leapt with joy and grabbed her in a huge bear hug! She was completely, totally shocked.”
