Dylan Sprouse is a pretty cool guy, as evidenced by one of his latest Twitter links. After even more full frontal pics of the actor have leaked, he reached out to a child with cancer, who ranks among his biggest fans.

The blog post that Dylan links to is of a photo of Dylan and Cole Sprouse when they were younger and on Disney. The young woman who wrote the entry explains its context:

“This poster hangs on my brothers wall. He is only 12 years old and has been battling cancer since he was 4...My brother got sick again and when he found out he got really scared that he might die and he went to his room and started crying...I promised him if he wins this I will bring Cole and Dylan Sprouse to meet him. You should have seen his smile guys, it was amazing. He must be their number one fan.”

The author of the post later revealed that her brother was traveling to England for chemo treatments soon and that she wrote this post in hopes that Dylan and Cole would respond.

Well, she got her wish. Dylan responded on his personal blog, telling the young woman:

“Happy Holidays! We wish your brother and you the best. We are rarely in London, but if you come stateside, we will make a point to see visit you to accomplish this fantastic wish. You will both make it through, not a doubt in my mind. In frith,

“Dylan and Cole (the Grinch) Sprouse”

Of course, media outlets were too focused on Dylan’s latest nude pics to focus on him reaching out to the sick child and his family.

Don’t worry about Dylan though. Following the release of his naked pics, his Twitter followers skyrocketed, which he explained on his own blog.
