There has been yet another update in the rumored divorce of Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. After claims that the Chopped star cheated on his gorgeous wife, a new report suggests that Dean has already moved out of their family home. These latest claims follow the publishing of photos which seemed to indicate that Tori and Dean were getting evicted.
According to a new report, things are as good as over between Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. One insider who spoke to Star claims that Tori and Dean aren't even living together:
"He's furious that Tori is trying to monitor his cell phone, demanding he have a curfew and treating him like a child. Dean and Tori had a nuclear fight [about it], and Dean is staying at a buddy's house, drinking and being irresponsible like some sort of overgrown frat boy."
A few days ago, however, it seemed that both Tori and Dean would be leaving their family home. Major gossip sites published photos of what appeared to be an eviction notice.
Shortly after the release, a representative for Tori dispelled the rumors, releasing a statement to E! News that reads:
"Due to a clerical error a three-day notice was initially posted at the house. All payments have in fact been made, the lease is current and in good standing and the three-day notice has been effectively withdrawn."
