Tonight is the big night. The long awaited iCarly and Victorious reunion episode of Sam and Cat is finally here. A new promo for the special hour-long episode shows Sam (Jennette McCurdy) kissing Robbie (Matt Bennett). The pair is even rumored to be dating in real life.
The all new, hour-long Sam and Cat special “#TheKillerTunaJump" airs tonight on Nickelodeon. The episode will feature several stars from both Victorious and iCarly, including Freddie (Nathan Kress), Robbie (Matt Bennett) and Jade (Liz Gillies).
The official episode synopsis for the episode provided by J-14 reads:
“When Sam meets Cat's friend Jade from Hollywood Arts, Sam and Jade become friends, leaving Cat feeling a little left out. Taking some questionable advice from Nona, Cat decides to retaliate by ‘stealing’ a friend of Sam's--and it's Freddie Benson! As Cat tries to get cozy with Freddie, Sam finds out and goes after a friend of Cat's--Robbie Shapiro! The jealousy comes to a crashing climax at Fisherman's Wharf, where Dice has hired Sam to jump her motorcycle over a tank full of vicious man-biting tuna.”
In the brand new preview for the episode, we see Sam kissing Robbie. That brings back up rumors from late last year that suggested the two young actors were dating.
McCurdy and Bennett hung out on his 22nd birthday party, afterwards, she praised him on Twitter, writing:
“Enjoyed celebrating @bonnott’s 22nd birthday last night! He’s one of the smartest, strangest, cleverest, most forward thinking people I know, and I love him for it!”
