'American Horror Story: Coven’ Season Finale: Deaths, Resurrections and Next Season Clues [SPOILERS]

Tonight's the night. The season of the witch comes to an end on American Horror Story: Coven. The smash hit horror anthology series will wrap up its third season tonight, while dropping clues for next year’s new theme. Who will die? Who will come back to life? Who will reign supreme over the coven? All the long awaited answers to these questions will finally be revealed.

American Horror Story is one of the hottest shows on TV. However, the current season is coming to an end tonight.

Sarah Paulson, American Horror Story regular, recently spoke to E! Online about what is in store for the season finale:

"It's American Horror Story, anybody can come back,Some people don't make it, I can say that."

Paulson’s comments imply that Jessica Lange’s Fiona Goode could be back and better than ever in tonight's new episode. When we last saw Fiona, she was being chopped to bits by the Axe-Man while he was having an emo fit of rage.

However, this crime of passion took place inside the memories of the killer himself. Fiona has already proven capable of messing with people’s minds. Could she have simply made him think that he had killed her?

Be sure to turn those DVRs on so you can rewind the show to look out for clues to next year’s theme. It was recently confirmed that next season will take place in the past.

Series creator Ryan Murphy spilled the beans about when the next season will take place, when he spoke with Entertainment Weekly:

“It’s set in 1950. If you look historically what happened in the year 1950, there’s some more clues in that year. It’s a period piece. We try and do the opposite of what we’ve done before. Jessica Lange has already started practicing her German accent so I’m very excited!”

American Horror Story: Coven airs Wednesday nights at 10 p.m. on FX.
