Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie Divorce and Breakup Update: Husband Parties with Blondes at Super Bowl Party

Fans were surprised when former Disney star Hillary Duff and her ex hockey player husband Mike Comrie announced they were going to be getting divorced. The couple claim the breakup is amicable, but one wonders how long it will last with Duff's husband seen publicly parting with friends and their hanger-on blondes at a Super Bowl Party.

Fans were a little stunned when Disney sweetheart Hilary Duff and millionaire husband Mike Comrie announced that they were going to split, but the couple announced through Duff's official publicist that they would be keeping the divorce classy (via E!):

"They remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's lives. They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son, and ask for privacy at this time."

And why shouldn't they play nice, since they've only been separated a few weeks?

But a few weeks of freedom was apparently all Mike, an alleged home body, needed to get back on the dating market, so to speak.

Comrie was on hand for the Cîroc Presents Bootsy Bellows at the Liquid Cellar in honor of the Super Bowl on Thursday, Jan. 30.

That is where, one party goer told E! News, Mike was mixing it at a table full of ladies:

"[Comrie] definitely seemed to be enjoying himself. He had a table with a bunch of guys and there were girls all around them...[he] chatting up a bunch of different blondes. He stayed until the very end of the party and didn't leave until 3:30 a.m."

That sure doesn't sound like the curmudgeon that Duff's friend described to Life & Style. The insider made it seem like the couple split for lack of anything else to do:

"He's in the house all day. It was a strain on the relationship...She was really young when they get married, and she still wants to go out and have fun. Mike's more of a homebody."

People change Duff...maybe you should have waited.
