In the latest issue of Naked Magazine, A.K.A. NKD, Jennette McCurdy graces the cover..fully clothed. However, she does bare her soul on a couple of issues, including her new show Sam and Cat. In the issue, McCurdy admits that she wasn’t super hyped about the show:
“I did not want to play Sam anymore--I was over it. I’m sarcastic and blunt enough in real life that I wanted to do something different.”
However, she also added that she was isn’t too hyped about doing new music either:
“I don’t want to take it too seriously though, because I feel like it’s really easy to cross the line of doing something fun in your bedroom to being stressed out about a career.”
Meanwhile, Jennette is working on changing her image by getting dirty in a new video on Funny or Die, called Dirty McCurdy.
In the short, the actress lampoons a lot of other former child star who go to drastic lengths to change their images. McCurdy does this by getting really trashy, literally. She covers herself in trash.
The behind the scenes mocumentary short shows McCurdy recording her new song, “Bean There, Done That” with her bean-obsessed hobo producer.
In the film, McCurdy also takes an anti-bath, in mustard and tomato juice.
