ABC Dancing with the stars All stars 2012: Placido Domingo to perform

Placido Domingo of the former super group "The Three Tenors," will sing tonight Tuesday, October 2 on the popular ABC broadcast "Dancing with the Stars." 

Domingo is said to be performing "Come What May," from the 2001 film "Moulin Rouge," sharing the stage with Katherine Jenkins.

Last week "Dancing with the Stars," saw "Baywatch's," starlet Pamela Anderson bid viewers adieu as she was voted off the show.

Leaving the likes of Bristol Palin, Joey Fatone, Kirstie Alley, winter Olympian Apolo Ohno, Drew Lachey, former NFL Running Back Emmitt Smith, Giles Marini, Helio Castroneves, Kelly Monaco, Melissa Rycroft, Sabrina Bryan and Shawn Johnson to battle it out.

The famed tenor and part time baritone is currently in the production of Giuseppe Verdi's "The Two Foscari," at the Los Angeles Opera where he acts as general director.

"Two Foscari," has already debut on stage on September 15 and Domingo along with James Conlon will close out the feature October 9.

Domingo also has other major responsibilities as he is yet again involved in production, with the opera "Don Giovanni," whose next screening is tomorrow Wednesday, October 3 and will run to October 14. A piece starring Ildebrando D'Arcangelo and L.A.Opera debutants, Julianna Di Gacomo, Angela Meade, Andrej Dunaev, David Bizic, Micaela Oeste and Joshua Bloom.  

The tenor will also have an overseeing eye at his L.A. Opera as works such as Giacomo Puccini's "Madame Butterfly" and "Tosca," will look to come into the opera house this season fairly soon.
