Rumors have it that Brandi Glanville's feud with ex Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes has their new reality show DOA. 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hill' resident racist's legal battles have rendered that vast majority unusable, since the court ruled they can't publicly comment about Brandi. So ethically inept Eddie has decided to sue Glanville because he claims he gave her too much child support. Brandi claims what he really gave her was HPV.
Not only was LeAnn Rimes last album, meant as a kiss off to Brand Glanville, an utter failure, it seems her new reality show with husband Eddie Cibrian is destined to for the same cruel, yet deserved, fate.
It turns out that there just isn't enough usable footage to make the show watchable.
An insider explained to Star why the producers could only come up with six mind-numbingly boring 30-minute episodes out of the 9-months' worth of filming:
"There's no chemistry between LeAnn and Eddie. She spends her entire time adoring and grabbing him, and he could care less.
"LeAnn spent far to much time bashing Brandi, but the judge in Eddie's divorce said they're not allowed to publicly talk about her. So producers can't use any of the footage."
And they can't take it all Honey Boo Boo and just focus on their nuclear family, because, just like the short-sighted d-bags that they are, LeAnn and Eddie already told Brandi the kids were off reality TV limits.
The show insider told Star that the couple are desperate and almost out of options:
"LeAnn and Eddie were desperate to use the kids, but since they forbid Brandi to allow the kids on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, they knew they couldn't push for it.
"[LeAnn] is flipping out and doesn't feel relevant. She's in a terrible state."
Perhaps that is why they hatched their scheme to sue Brandi Glanville, because Eddie gave her too much money to raise his kids.
According to TMZ Eddie Cibrian has contacted them to let the publication know that Brandi owes him money:
"The former couple is still sparring over money, and they hired a law firm to help figure out who owes what. The attorney sent both Eddie and Brandi this letter which says after a full audit Eddie paid Brandi $114,738 too much in alimony.
"Multiple sources connected with the audit confirm to TMZ ... although the document merely refers to the overpayment as "support" ... the overpayment is for SPOUSAL support, not child support.
But Brandi Glanville's lawyer Ron Rale let TMZ know that their camp doesn't see it quite like that:
"The lawyer who sent the letter does not represent Brandi in connection with Eddie's calculation of alleged overpayment of support. It appears to me Eddie is trying at least in part to get back some of the child support he paid."
