Fans of Nickelodeon's Sam & Cat recently saw an old friend, Spencer Shay, A.K.A Jerry Trainor, pop in on the most recent blooper episode. Now the show is planning to reunite Jennette McCurdy with a few more of her iCarly pals. It has been reported that Gibby, Nevel and insane Nora will guest star on the spin-off series.
The bad news for Sam & Cat fans is that there is no new episode of the hit series this weekend. However, fans are in for a treat when the show airs yet another iCarly reunion.
According to Just Jared Jr, iCarly regular Noah Munck will reprise his role as the lovable Gibby in an upcoming episode. The episode will feature the iCarly villains Nevel, played by Reed Alexander, and Nora, A.K.A. Danielle Morrow.
The special one-hour huge episode will air at a special time before the Kids Choice Awards on March 29.
Earlier in the season, the iCarly and Victorious stars appeared. However, the show's star Jennette McCurdy recently revealed that she didn’t want to return for the new series, telling Naked:
“I did not want to play Sam anymore--I was over it. I’m sarcastic and blunt enough in real life that I wanted to do something different.”
