Some people are concerned with Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson's baby girl Maxwell's safety after Daisy Duke posted some photos of her former NFL playing hubby tossing their 22-month-old high in the air during a recent trip to the beach on Instagram. The Weight Watchers spokeswoman revealed that she could hardly believe it herself, when she broke the news that she had lost 70 pounds after packing on the pregnancy pounds. Imagine, it could have all been for nothing if husband Eric had accidently let baby Maxwell slip through his fingers.
Jessica Simpson's drew some sideways glances, when she recently posted a photo of her former football playing husband Eric Johnson tossing their 22-month-old daughter Maxwell hundreds of feet into the air:
"Maxi and Daddy at the beach. Yikes and Yay. Good Lord! She has NO fear!"
According to Hollywood Life, who commented on the picture, Eric was one slight miscalculation away from letting his child plummet to certain death in the shallow surf at his feet:
"Even though Maxwell was safe and sound on the ground just a few moments later, shouldn't Eric be more concerned about her safety?
"What if, God forbid, he slipped and was not able to catch their little girl?
"A two year old falling at least ten feet down would be dangerous anywhere, but even more so over firm clay-like sand."
Jessica recently told USA Today that she planned to show her kids how to act, by staying fit and looking incredible (via Examiner):
"I was so insecure; I couldn't even believe what I weighed...I don't think I ever expected to see the numbers that I've seen on the scale."
"I really do feel this need to be the best role model for my children.
"I want [my daughter Maxwell] to look up to me and want to be like me."
With the kind of air Maxwell has been getting, Jessica has to be the one looking up to her.
