Las Vegas Diva Britney Spears Engaged David Lucado Hawaii Wedding News: Drops 20 Pounds, Trainer Tony Martinez Reveals Secrets

News of her Las Vegas residency apparently wasn't quite enough to motivate Britney Spears to get in shape, but a Hawaii planned wedding to David Lucado is, however, just the ticket to get the engaged Disney diva to break her hardcore toxic addiction to Cheetos. Now that Spears has dropped 20 pounds, she was looking like the Britney of days gone by, in her recent posts to Instagram and Twitter of her wedding dry run in Hawaii last month. Luckily Spears personal trainer Tony Martinez is ready to gossip about all Britney's weight loss secrets.

Just a few short months ago Britney Spears personal appearance was the cause of some speculation that the former child star might be losing it once again.

But anyone with eyes and an Instagram account can see, that if Britney's recent posts are pics of a crazy person, than we should all be put in strait jackets right now.

"Aloha Hawaii"

A friend of Spears told OK! that Britney was down on vacation in Oahu to make sure it would be cool to have her wedding to David Lucado there:

"Britney took David and her two sons on a test run to Oahu to get everyone prepared for the wedding.

"They took along her security team and scoped out the Aulani Disney Resort to see if it was private and posh enough for the ceremony

"She's planning something intimate and friendly for late June."

Tony Martinez explained to Life & Style that Britney's transformation wasn't the result of any miracle or her killing herself with diet and exercise:

"Britney gets one cheat meal per week...It depends on what she wants that day, but she's been eating pretty healthy.

"We never do the same things twice and that's why she likes it--and it shows in her body.

"We're doing interval training without her even knowing it.

"It's key to make these workouts fun. You have to make it like a game."

A game where there is no one to beat, and what you win is your self-respect back.
