Stephen Amell Vs Batman: Teases ‘Justice League’ Movie Before ‘Arrow’ Season 2 Finale [RUMORS]

There is only one episode of Arrow left before the Season 2 finale. Stephen Amell has been getting into spirit of the of the character by facing off against Batman. Amell recently teased an appearance in the upcoming Justice League movie, when he posted a meme of his showdown with The Dark Knight.

Stephen Amell recently posted a picture of himself staring down a Batman mannequin, along with caption, “All i’m saying is, I should be in the Justice League Movie Too!.” Despite Amell repost of the meme he is no way saying that he will be in the film.

Where Stephen Amell has made no secret of his ambitions to play Ollie Queen on the big screen, he clarified earlier in the year that he has not had any discussions with the network. Amell made his point, via Facebook, writing:

“At no point, have I had ‘studio level‘ discussions about any feature films at Warner Bros.

“In this particular instance, when I read articles that take a pretty straightforward answer and slap a title on it that has little to no correlation to what I've actually said, it makes it seem as though I'm disrespecting my current position. Which is bulls**t. And why would I do that? I mean... I'm not the smartest dude in the world. (After all... I picked a career in acting.) But would I really just casually subvert a process cloaked in secrecy? A process - by the way - being run by the company who currently employs me. C'MON!

“We're making a kick a** show. We will continue to make a kick ass show. And I will continue to interact and provide interesting content for our fans. Because I love our fans. If every once and a while, some dickweed wants to pull a headline out of thin air to generate page views, then that's the price we pay.”

Arrow returns this Wednesday night at 8:oo p.m. on The CW with the last episode before the finale.
