Pregnant Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher Marriage Baby Divorce; Husband Wants to Split; Admits to Avoiding Wife at Home

Rumors that American Idol Carrie Underwood and her hockey playing husband Mike Fisher's marriage is headed for divorce, due to the country singers refusal to get pregnant and have a baby like she's been told to do. The Nashville Predator and his wife haven't addressed any of the gossip that that are splitting up, but Mike did recently admit that he would rather just stay out of Underwood's way at the house--and both these people already travel a lot for work.

Carrie Underwood's marriage to Mike Fisher has been a topic of public concern for months, with supposed friends speculating in tabloid that the couple is either pregnant already or getting divorced.

An insider told OK! that Carrie is in the dog house with Fisher, since she decided to renege on her baby promises:

"They've been locked in a baby battle and it was putting serious strain on their marriage.

"Carrie made a pact with Mike last year that if he let her pursue her acting dreams, she'd get pregnant in 2014.

"At the end of 2013, he gave her an ultimatum...[But Carrie only] gives vague answers, like, 'You'll just have to wait and see.'"

Mike recently even admitted to Us Weekly that when Carrie and he are home together, he just drinks and pretends she isn't even there:

"I come and crash with a glass of wine, [and] I try to stay out of her way."

But during a recent public discussion about their faith and marriage at the Q Conference the only tensions the couple copped to, revolved around their eating habits (via Christian Post):

"'Well, I'm an animal lover and he's a hunter,' said Underwood to a laughing audience.

"The couple explained they had compromised by keeping meat from industrial, large-scale farms out of their kitchen and only serve Fisher's kills."

If it takes this kind of life changing compromises just to plan dinner than perhaps the couple really should consider divorce lawyers instead of fertility specialists.

Worse case scenario, if they change their minds about the baby after it's born, Fisher could always just skin and eat it.
