Rumors continue to swirl which suggest that Beyonce and Jay Z may be headed towards divorce. This is especially true following Jay Z's elevator fight with Bey's sister, Solange Knowles. There is one good bit of news for the family-following the elevator assault, Solange's music sales jumped.
Just weeks after the elevator fight heard round the world, Solange experienced a strong jump in sales. This likely has something to do with the release of footage which showed Solange slapping and kicking Jay, as New York Daily News reports:
"A little bit of Jay Z's sales magic must have rubbed off on Solange Knowles when she clocked him in that infamous elevator ride. Sales of Beyoncé's younger sister's songs soared following widespread coverage of her videotaped attack on her rap-star brother-in-law earlier this month, according to Nielsen-SoundScan."
Unfortunately, multiple tabloids have reported that things aren't going quite so well for Beyonce and Jay Z. In fact, numerous outlets have suggested that the world-famous couple is headed towards divorce.
If Celeb Dirty Laundry is right, Jay Z and Beyonce could be calling things off sooner than expected. In fact, the gossip site claims that the two will be breaking up after their widely publicized tour, adding:
"Beyonce and Jay-Z may still be trying to pass off an illusion of having the perfect marriage, but the public's starting to see the cracks in their relationship. Solange's attack on Jay-Z opened up the world to see a whole different side of Beyonce and her family...and that includes the woman who reportedly started the whole thing by flirting with Jay-Z, the infamous Rachel Roy."
