J.J. Abrams Canceled ‘Revolution’ and ‘Almost Human’ Netflix, Amazon and Hulu Renewal Petition [UPDATE] [VIDEO]

Fans of the J.J. Abrams produced drama’s Revolution and Almost Human were heartbroken when it was announced that both of them were being canceled. However, devoted followers of both series have been fighting for their resurrections. Petitions to bring the shows back on networks such as Netflix, Amazon and Hulu.

Loyal fans of NBC’s Revolution have banded together to save the series in a movement called Relocate Revolution.

The video call on Revolution fans to save the series, with the description reading:

“Pictures, videos, and tweets from fans of NBC Revolution thanking the cast and crew for all of their hard work. Revolution may have been cancelled by NBC, but we will continue to fight for our show!”

The video than links fans to the Care2 petition.

The petition has now reached 35,232 signatures, putting them just a few hundred shy from their current goal of 36,000.

We recently spoke to Megan Riffey the lead petitioner for behind the Save Almost Human movement about what made her decided to fight for the futuristic cop drama:

“I've always been into sci-fi movies and TV shows, so naturally I was drawn to the series before it even started. It's intriguing and it really makes you think about the future and the possibilities. What other show could say that?”
