Sam & Cat is back on the air with the first of the finale eighth episode of the first (and possibly last) season. The show has been on hiatus for over a month following reports that stars Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande were feuding, and cancellation rumors. Now Jennette McCurdy may have finally addressed the issue via a Twitter rant.
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Sam & Cat, titled “#KnockOut” reads:
“Sam and Cat deal with a bully, leading to Sam's involvement in the world of professional fighting.”
The [unofficial] Sam and Cat Wiki offers a second summary of the episode, reporting:
“While helping Goomer with a bully at his gym, Sam knocks out an MMA champion.”

In a Twitlonger post to an unnamed former friend, Jennette wrote.
“Did you do something wrong? Yes and no. I'm not sure whether you intentionally did something wrong or not, because I have always been a little unclear on what exactly your intentions are. But you did do something wrong in the way you did not treat me right. You disrespected me, disregarded me, and made me feel small by having to always make yourself seem so big.So for these sincere reasons, I am officially dropping you as a friend. If I see you, I won't turn the other way and run (even though I want to). Instead, I'll just smile and end the conversation as quickly as possible, because no offense, but I don't want any of you rubbing off on me. Actually, that's pretty offensive. Oh well.”
