Glee Season 6 Spoilers: Don’t start believing...everything you read on the internet. Not even if it comes from a verified Twitter account. Both Glee stars Lea Michele (Rachel) and Chris Colfer (Kurt) were the victims of a Twitter hacker. First Colfer fans were lead to believe that he was fired from Glee for the finale season. Than Lea become the proud mother a timeless pregnancy hoax.
Lea Michele shocked and delighted fans this week when they saw her Twitter announcement, reading:
"Before this gets out to the media, I would like to announce to my fans that I am pregnant #BabyBoy."
However, the congratulations were short lived, when it was revealed that Lea’s Twitter account had been hacked. Lea cleared up the confusion when she tweeted:
"I was HACKED!" followed by, "Guess @chriscolfer and I should have known better [than] to make our passwords the names of our cats."
Lea was of course referring to when Chris Colfer’s account was hacked earlier in the week. Colfer’s hacked account lead people to believe that he was fired from the series, with a tweet that read:
“Due to personal issues, I have been let go from the cast of GLEE. Explanations will come shortly…”
Colfer’s rep later confirmed that he was thevictim of a cruel joke. , telling E! News:
"It's not true. Chris is confirmed for the next season of Glee."
