Divorced ‘Extant’ Halle Berry Ex-Husband Splits Net Worth with Child Support Payment of $192K; Catwoman Defeats Paparazzi

Whatever CBS Extant astronaut Halle Berry does, she needs to ensure that husband Oliver Martinez never decides to divorce her. Her split with former boyfriend Gabriel Aubry is going to cost Catwoman $607,000 in child support and court custody battle fees this year alone--plus $192K a year until 6-year-old daughter Nahla is all grown-up. The Monster sex-symbol may have lost that court decision, but at least Halle won the fight to keep the paparazzi away from her kids.

Apparently you win some and lose some, even when you are an incredible Hollywood beauty like Bullworth actress Halle berry.

Right now Halle's finances are in an upswing thank to the constantly-working actress's new network series Extant on CBS.

Unless that is you factor in the nearly three-quarters of a million dollars Halle is going to have to pay ex-beau Gabriel Aubry in the coming months (via Us Weekly):

"Halle Berry's split from Gabriel Aubry is turning out to be very expensive.

"The settlement...the Oscar-winning actress to pay nearly $200,000 a year, plus tuition money, to support their daughter Nahla, 6.

"It also calls for her to pay a retroactive payment of $115,000 and $300,000 to Aubry's attorneys to 'cover the costs of their custody dispute.'

"The exes will split Nahla's health care expenses."

According to the report Halle also has to pay $16,000 every month to Gabriel presumably until their six-year old daughter is at least out of the house.

At least her time with her daughter will go unmolested while she's in Los Angeles, or at least that's what she keeps telling herself.

During an interview with CBS News, Halle counted the new California "anti-paparazzi" law she helped to champion as a real coup for famous baby mama's everywhere--in California:

"I did it because I had no choice, and when you have no choice you attack something from a different way.

"I couldn't take no for an answer...with the crush of paparazzi from my kids.

"I have had no paparazzi since January first, since that law went into play.

"I was in the LA airport the other day, paparazzi ran up, my security guy said 'she has her baby with her,' and they walked away."

Well, it looks like you can't put a price on privacy...but you can parenthood.
