HBO ‘True Blood’ Season 7 New Episode Preview: : Sarah Newlin Returns After Werewolf Alcide Death [SPOILERS]

SPOILER ALERT: True Blood is all new tonight on HBO. The hit series is really cleaning house for its seventh and final season. However, it is going to be hard to top last week’s show. Now Alcide actor Joe Manganiello has opened up about his shocking death. Sarah Newlin Actress Anna Camp has also spoke her return to the Soap.

The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode, titled “Death Is Not the End,” reads:

“Sookie tracks down H-vamps with a posse of vampires and humans; Jason and Sam are tasked with delivering more bad news; Pam recalls how she and Eric came to Fangtasia; Bill and Jessica find unexpected sources of nourishment.”

Recently, Sarah Newlin actress, Anna Camp recently spoke to TV Line about the return of everyone’s favorite b*tch avanlangist:

“It’s not what I expected at all. She’s definitely on the run; she’s got Pam and Eric after her now, and the Yakuza. … This season is about Sarah trying to survive.”

Of course Sarah Newlin wouldn’t be Sarah Newlin without Jason Stackhouse. Camp went on to talk about her reunion with Ryan Kwanten:

“It’s not in a way that you would expect. It actually can be pretty funny and pretty sad. It’s very unexpected the way that I end up interacting with Jason this time around.”

Last week we saw fan-favorite Alcide die. After the shocking death scene Joe Manganiello told TV Line about how he predicted Alcide’s demise last season:

“Honestly, I called it as soon as I read the finale last season. There was no way they could keep him around. Sookie has to settle things with the vampire guys, and you can’t have Sookie break Alcide’s heart because then the audience isn’t going to side with her or identify with her. … On a show like this, where you’re looking for vital characters to kill off, you’ve got to take out Alcide. There’s no one that’s going to be upset that he’s dead, except Sookie--and maybe Sam. Those are the only people he’s interacted with ever. He got separated from the herd.”

True Blood airs tonight at 9:00 on HBO.
