WWE Spoilers: Sting Debut Confirmed At Raw Appearance Tonight, Plus Ric Flair Returns After House Shows, Jim Ross Comments

After months of contract talks, which haven't yet concluded, by the way, WCW legend Sting will finally be appearing on WWE television tonight. Insiders are confirming that Sting will be on Monday Night Raw in Virginia. Details are cloudy as to his level of involvement, but the word on the street is it will be a sight to see. As if that wasn't enough, Ric Flair will also be on hand. The Nature Boy will be returning to TV after working a few house shows last weekend. Plus, hear what Jim Ross has to say about the Stinger. His comments on his blog are as mysterious as the 7.14.14 tweet Sting sent out last week.

Obviously, for something this big, this lid is sealed tight. WWE is hoping fans will get a kick out of whatever it is, but upon closer inspection, it seems more like there's going to be a promo, or some sort of teaser, maybe for the video game WWE 2K15 (via What Culture):

"All I can say right now, Sting has not signed. If you watch Raw to see Sting tomorrow you will not be disappointed, but he will not be there live."

Jim Ross highly recommends that wrestling fans tune in, according to his blog (via Wrestling Inc.):

"Some fans feel compelled that they MUST know what is going to occur tonight on RAW. Yes, I know but I'm not in the Don Jardine business so my suggestion is to simply watch RAW and find out for yourself. No matter what occurs, many will b---h tomorrow that it wasn't what they wanted."

Less mysterious but still unknown is what Flair's role will be, and whether his storyline will include a ringside presence or whether he will portray an Authority figure (via Sports World News):

"There is no telling what 'The Nature Boy's' role will be, but he has asked to work with Dolph Ziggler while there were reports he may rejoin The Miz to continue their storyline."
