Apparently you shouldn't let all the talk about engagement or the baby born with Lauren Silverman through you off the scent. According to all the latest gossip news updates Britain's Got Talent mogul Simon Cowell is as gay as they come. During the trial to determine the involvement of former X-Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos in a behind-the-scenes deal to exchange cocaine for a part next to Wolf of Wall Street's Leonardo DiCaprio, Tulisa's manager and agent revealed that he knew of Cowell's homosexual encounters and hoped to one day have one of his own.
In a turn of events that seems almost too crazy to possibly be true, Simon Cowell, who has a child with Lauren Silverman after carrying on an illicit affair, has been outed as a gay during a trail that literally has nothing to do with him, per se.
According the questionable reputable Daily Mail, Gareth Varey is as talkative as he is unscrupulous--though he isn't very smart:
"[Tulisa Contostavlos] manager and agent, Gareth Varey, made the extraordinary allegation as he negotiated a £3million fee for her to star in a fictitious Hollywood blockbuster, Southwark Crown Court was told.
"The singer is alleged to have arranged to supply the fake movie mogul with cocaine worth £820 in a bid to secure the role, saying she was desperate to leave The X Factor, where she was being paid £1.5million.
"The jury was told that after a drunken night out at a nightclub with Contostavlos in May last year, Mr. Mahmood [the undercover journalist] secretly recorded a 2am conversation he had with Mr. Varey about The X Factor supremo Cowell."
The wildest part of the boozed fueled conversation these men shred was by far the admission that Simon Cowell was believed to be gay--but that Varey's long-term plan was to get Si to have sex with him (via Daily Mail):
"Mahmood said: 'Is he gay?'
"Varey answered: 'Who?'
"Mahmood replied: 'Simon Cowell.'
"Varey answered: 'Yes.'
"Mahmood asked: 'Have you slept with him?'
"Varey answered 'No', adding 'One day I will, when I make my move.'
"Mahmood continued: 'But how do you know he is gay?'
"Varey replied: 'I know people who have.'"
Well...that does explain his love of the theater, if nothing else.
