It is finally here! We just got our July 2014 Loot Crate in the mail and you are in luck, because we are going to share…..Pictures that is. This months theme is Villains and the team at Loot Crate really stepped it up for this one. In this Crate, its DC vs Marvel, with Loki meeting Joker. Also Mario’s arch rival Bowser recruits a few new followers, Darth Vader gives us the keys to the Death Star, Deadpool keeps our feet warm and Harley Quinn gets hung….on our walls. We also get a special variant cover for the Guardians of the Galaxy character, Rocket Raccoon #1. In Short, this Villians Crate is one hell of theme. The Crate:
This months theme required an extra large to contain all glory within. The inside of the box also features some doodles of/from the Joker.
The Loot:
Bowser Magnet:
This 3 x 3 magnet from Loot Crate Labs features, Mario’s greatest villain and sometimes tennis rival, Bowser taking over the iconic role of Uncle Sam to recruit new followers.
Darth Vader Key Chain:
Everyone’s favorite Sith Lord makes an appearance in this Crate in the form of a key chain from Lucas Film & Plasticolor.
Deadpool Socks:
We know what you are saying. “Deadpool is an anti hero, not a villain.” Well semantics aside, DEADPOOL SOCKS! Don’t fight it, just give in to the socks. If Batman can pretend to be villain to save the good name of Harvey Dent, so we can paint Wade Wilson as bad guy for a pair of socks.
Necessary Evil DVD:
You may have seen this DC comics documentary in the $5 dollar bin at your local big box . Narrated by Christopher Lee (Count Dooku) , this documentary exposes viewers to the darker side of DC Comics and features interviews with Guillermo Del Toro, Zack Snyder, Richard Donner and C.M. Punk.

The Verdict:
This month’s Crate has to be the best one we have seen yet. No blind bag or check out aisles items, cluttering up this box .
This is our third box and where the first one, ADVENTURE, was a major disappointment, the rest have been far better, with this one reaching the top notch.
