Looking at the season QB Jay Cutler is having for the Chicago Bears during this 2015 NFL season, there's no question that the new coaching staff has played a major role in not only getting him right, but the play-calling and system right as well. But there are concerns, and they mostly have to do with offensive coordinator Adam Gase. The Bears' OC has been a head-coaching candidate for the past couple of seasons and not found a spot, but after his latest work with Cutler, that could change this offseason. Never fear, though, Bears fans, as the team has options in QB coach Dowell Loggains and even potentially San Diego Chargers head coach Mike McCoy. -
