Billy "The Kid" Evanochko has been tearing it up in local dives for most of his career with his Regulators. Now, with the help of hotshot producer Damon Fowler of Southern Hospitality fame, he's ready to make America know what Pittsburgh has known for years with the self-released album, 'I Can't Change.'
