This April the Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College will be performing Regina Carter’s 'Southern Comfort'in concert. Featuring music from her 2014 record, Regina Carter pays homage to her heritage with is described as a blend of Appalachian fiddle tunes, church hymns, southern folk music.
