Neil Young is accompanied by a 92-piece orchestra on his forthcoming album Storytone, due out Nov. 4 on Reprise. This month, he released a follow-up to his 2012 memoir: "Waging Heavy Peace with Special Deluxe: A Memoir of Life and Cars."
