Annie Clark is everywhere these days touring her self-titled fourth album. That upbeat conversation piece on her neurosis is her highest chart achievement yet. Of course it was, what with production by John Congleton, responsible for a slew of respectable talent including David Byrne, Brian Wilson, Erykah Badu and The Roots. (In fact, her latest work was slated for success from the start with collaborations from Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings drummer Homer Steinweiss and Midlake drummer McKenzie Smith.)
