David Lang Scores New Michael Caine, Paolo Sorrentino Film 'Youth,' Opens Dec. 4

Described as "post-Minimalist" New York-based composer David Lang has been celebrated by most critics. Now, Mr. Lang will contribute Paolo Sorrentino's feature film Youth, which stars Michael Caine, composing a score and the title piece "Simple Song #3." The film opens on December 4.

Using specialized cameras, placed on stage amidst active performances, the Google Cultural Institute has released a series of 360-degree videos of virtual concerts that allow users to choose their preferred angle of appreciation, all within a YouTube window.
