The Doctor is in. Hulu recently acquired the streaming rights for 'Doctor Who.' The announcement comes just in time for the premiere of the 12th Doctor, who will appear in the upcoming 2013 Christmas special. That is, of course, before starring in the eighth season (or series depending on where you are from) next year. The streaming service also announced it will have access to other BBC favorites, like 'Top Gear' and the 'Dr.Who' spin-off series 'Torchwood.'
