We are just one week away from the Season 2 premiere of 'Arrow' on the CW. The hit series went off with a bang last year, destroying major parts of Starling City. Now in the wake of the quake, Oliver Queen has returned to the island that made him. This year, he is also going to need a lot of help from his friends--most notably, his sidekick Speedy (Roy Harper) and Justice League cohort, The Flash (Barry Allen). Of course, this announcement follows the announcement that a Flash spin-off is coming soon.
