It's official! The Flash is coming to 'Arrow.' The Scarlet Speedster and the Emerald Archer will team up in the second season of the CW show. 'Glee' star Grant Gustin has signed on to play Barry Allen in the DC Comic's TV action/drama and a possible spin-off.
