Tonight, the hit CW series 'The Flash' is all new with yet another Rogue. This week’s villain is Hartley Rathaway, A.K.A. The Pied Piper played by Broadway vet Andy Mientus (Spring Awakening). In the comics Pied Piper is an openly gay, reformed villain who uses sonics to control people. Recently, The Flash E.P. Andrew Kreisberg opened up about how they altered The Pied Piper for the show, calling him the “evil Harry Potter.”
