‘American Sniper’ Bradley Cooper Joins CBS Limitless TV Sequel with Shameless Jake McDorman
CBS has officially picked up the all new 'Limitless' TV series for the fall 2015-2016 lineup. It gets even better. Bradley Cooper will reprise his role from the film in the sequel series. The show picks up from where the 2011 movie left off, with Cooper’s character Eddie Morra now a U.S. Senator. 'Amazing Spider-Man' director Marc Webb is directing the pilot, replacing Neil Burger as director. ABC has officially renewed the mystery drama, 'Secrets and Lies.; The show will move to Wednesdays at 10:00 p.m. eastern, as a midseason fill in for 'Nashville,' Ryan Phillippe’s character Ben Crawford will not be returning for Season 2. The only actor returning to the series is Juliette Lewis, as Detective Cornell.
