His latest statements come after weeks of reports that the two are seeing each other, as well as tabloid claims that Kylie Jenner could be pregnant with his baby.

Unfortunately, the realty star is already being accused of faking the drama in their otherwise happy relationship by some of the more cynical internet tabloids.
