Instagram Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Cheating Divorce Split News: Wife Custody Battle Ignited by Tour? [GOSSIP UPDATE]

When 'America's Got Talent' host Nick Cannon took to Twitter a few weeks ago to set the record straight about his upcoming divorce to Mariah Carey, many fans presumed that the thoughtful tweets--which praised his soon-to-be ex-wife for taking care of their kids--indicated that an amicable split was on the horizon. But, according to the gossip news updates, the Instagram lingerie feet model has a completely different idea about how this whole thing is going to go down, and it isn't pretty. Word has it that Carey has practically kidnapped their twin children--taking them on a tour of the world--and told Nick that she was making all the rules in regards to custody, including when they would be able to visit. Nick is reportedly determined to see his kids for Halloween, but Mariah is going to be of the country--without any intentions of returning early. The hostility may have something to do with Mariah accusing Nick of cheating while she has been on tour, but it is just as likely old fashioned breakup spite.
