Marvel's 'Captain America 2,' 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' and 'Thor' Movie Tie-In Character Revealed [SPOILERS]
Move over Agent Coulson, there is a new S.H.I.E.L.D. agent making the rounds in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and his name is Jasper Sitwell. The character, played by Maximiliano Hernández, is helping tie together several of the MCU's various franchises. Originally created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in the comics, Sitwell had a small role in 2011's 'Thor.' The character later appeared in two Marvel short films, 'The Consultant' and 'Item 47.' The character is also scheduled to appear in the S.H.I.E.L.D-centered 'Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier.' Most recently, Sitwell revealed himself on ABC's 'Avengers' spin-off, 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'
