EXCLUSIVE: Masaki Batoh, 'Brain Pulse Music' @ Spectrum [VIDEO]

Next to Masaki Batoh's Brain Pulse Music, Alvin Lucier's Music for Solo Performer sure sounds demure, dated and dumb.

Booked by Ric Leichtung of AdHoc.fm, hosted by Dr. Glenn Cornett (a neuroscientist, himself), erstwhile Ghost Masaki Batoh enlisted the skins of Damon Krukowski (Damon and Naomi, Galaxie 500) and Laura Brown's brain for one of the most concentrated performances the Lower East Side has ever seen.

N.B. If you have any kind of epilepsy at all, consider the following four minutes not safe for work, home or transit!

Check back tomorrow here at Classicalite for exclusive audio--longer and much, much more cerebral--from Batoh's full performance.
