It seems like Halle Berry's husband, Olivier Martinez, just doesn't know when enough is enough. According to the latest gossip news updates the Catwoman actress is fed up with French actor's violent temper and is demanding he change or else. Word has it that the Monster Ball star is so scared after watching Olivier get into an altercation in front of her daughter and baby son, that Halle told her beau that he had seek counseling or she would be seeking a divorce. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that Martinez has run afoul of the law due to his over-the-top temper; back in 2012 Halle's husband brutally beat her ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, on Thanksgiving Day.
While Halle Berry seems perfectly content to limit all her fist fights to the silver screen, her husband, Olivier Martinez, doesn't mind busting a few skulls in the real world if he feels the situation calls for it.
Olivier, who infamously beat Halle's ex-boyfriend and father of her 9-year-old daughter, Nahla, to a pulp outside their home back in the fall of 2012, recently got into another altercation with LAX employee, which according to the Daily Mail, has resulted in his being officially investigated for battery by the police department:
"Amid the scuffle an airport employee was pushed to the ground, after Martinez allegedly shoved an empty car seat towards him, making him fall backwards, at around 1:45 on Sunday afternoon.
"The employee is then said to have been taken to a hospital where he complained of abdominal pain."
While Olivier's biker bar manners might impress some girls, a source told the National Enquirer that Halle was so frightened by the beatings that she is nowrethinking their entire marriage:
"Now Halle is telling friends she worries that Olivier's runaway temper could put her kids at risk.
"He really hates that Gabriel is keeping them in L.A. He's at the boiling point, and it's threatening their relationship...she'll leave if Olivier doesn't clean up his act!"
Say what you will, but Halle never had these kind of problems when she was married to David Justice.
