Kate Upton may have a new boyfriend. She has recently been linked to Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who helped the star celebrate her 21st birthday on Monday.
Upton, a model and "actress," has dated a wide range of celebrities in the past--P Diddy and Justin Verlander, to name a few. But, now it seems she has locked eyes on Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Maksim, who is 12 years older than his new gf, can be seen on ABC's Dancing with the Stars. In case you were wondering, he is not one of the stars, but rather, a professional dancer.
The two were spotted having a romantic dinner at one of New York's best restaurants, Scalinatella.
A source spoke to Us Weekly about the two lovebirds and their dinner date:
"It's very new. They were set up through friends. They just started dating. They were very canoodly...it was a very intimate meal."
The source also commented that the two were holding hands under the table, for the duration of the meal.
Despite how great Maksim and Kate's dinner was, it may not have been the highlight of her birthday. The swimsuit model was also spotted with some pretty powerful folks in Washington.
In a photo posted to Instagram, Upton is posing beside her uncle, Congressman Fred Upton. Mr. Upton is a Republican from Michigan who happened to be in town for business. Kevin McCarthy, GOP Whip, also posed for the photo.
But, Kate's real interests don't lie in politics. They lie in men!
Hopefully things will work out better for Kate and Maksim than things did for Kate and Mark Sanchez. After a heated love affair, things got downright nasty!
Kate would diss Mark's team, the Jets, on Twitter. This was at a time when Sanchez was having his worse season ever, so it was particularly biting.
