For the past four years, at SMITH Magazine's lunch honoring Tony Award nominees, the most talented names in theater have penned their own Six-Word Memoirs. As the likes of George C. Wolfe, Tom Hanks and Cyndi Lauper took their chairs at this year's table, apropos, they were greeted with the following six-word prompt:

"Congrats! What's your Tony nomination story?"

From the actors onstage to the miracle workers behind it, Broadway's best shared their stories--in exactly six words, of course. Captured via Instagram--and uploaded to this Facebook album--here are Classicalite's favorite responses from the 67th annual Tony Awards.
