Mariah Carey Divorce News: Husband Nick Cannon Wants to Save Marriage? [NET WORTH UPDATE]

The tabloids have been trying to turn his divorce from Mariah Carey into a media circus ever since Nick Cannon announced that they had separated, and the America's Got Talent host is tired of it. According to the latest gossip news updates, not only is Nick not dating Amber Rose or Nicole murphy, he may still want to reconcile with the "Hero" singer. Word has it that Cannon's entertainment company isn't doing as well without the Rockefeller Christmas Center crooner's net worth propping it up, and a desperate hip-hop mogul is starting to think that ending their profitable marriage wasn't the brightest of ideas.

For months the tabloids have tried to paint Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey's split as on the precipice of a very ugly and public meltdown, but the Wild n ' Out rapper has made a point of insisting things would remain friendly for years to come.

Now it is starting to sounds like Cannon might not even be so sure he even wants to go through with the divorce -- telling Meredith Viera that Mariah was probably his one and only (via E! News):

"It's one of those things, I'm a hopeless romantic too.

"Through this learning process, you never say never.

"To me one thing I know, that will always be the love of my life, always be my family and that's never going to change."

According to the source close to Cannon in the April 27, issue of OK! Magazine, Nick has grown so accustom to living his life with Mariah's credit card in his back pocket, that it didn't take him too long to realize that now he may not know how do without it:

"Mariah is one of the richest women in the music industry, and she let Nick buy anything he wanted.

"But his own paychecks are nowhere near high enough to sustain his expensive habits.

"Nick knows he can't sustain his lifestyle without her help."

The informant even reveals that Nick's production company, NCredible, is supposedly looking at a grim future without Mariah Carey's guaranteed cash infusions to keep it afloat:

"Many people there are worried about losing their jobs."

While Nick hasn't addressed all the rumors that are currently circulating about his relationship with his almost-ex-wife, Cannon did let Viera know that he was sick and tied of the constant accusations being made by the tabloid media:

"It's extremely disappointing when you see that people just want to perpetuate negativity when there is no negativity even involved.

"You kind of get to that place where, I've always been the most open and honest person but I understand kind of playing it close to the vest because when you start to feed into it and there are so many false items and people just want to speculate then you don't want to say anything at all."

In fact, he claims that his fans might have seen the end of the light-hearted Nick Cannon that would talk about anything in his life no matter how personal.

During his chat on Meredith's show he explained that he finally understood why his wife never talks about their private lives in interviews and might adopt the same policy for himself in the future:

"That's one thing I actually admire Mariah because she is professional.

"You ain't going to get nothing out of her.

"I was like you know what, I'm learning. I'm learning."

Looks like Nick's willing to say just about anything to get back in Mariah's good graces now that the bills are reportedly piling up.
