In July, the couple reportedly became engaged to be married on Kaif's birthday or, wait, they didn't. They were just very good friends. Of course, rumors about Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif getting married were bound to resurface. After all, Ranbir's birthday had yet to happen. Cue birthday party and new marriage rumors.
To celebrate his birthday, Ranbir Kapoor jetted off to London, where Kaif was busy shooting her latest film and also where she makes her home, to be with her. Fashion & Style tells us, "Kapoor recently celebrated his birthday and to make his day special, Kaif and Kapoor spent the weekend at her London home. The two of them went shopping and she even surprised him on his movie's sets by getting a cake for him." Been there, done that, right? After the last time, you vowed you wouldn't be sucked into any more Ranbir/Katrina marriage rumor-a-thons. Well, we have a new wrinkle to add.
The same Fashion & Style article revealed that the Kaif/Kapoor families have been having dinner together, sending the gossip sites into overdrive. New speculation has arisen about a possible future engagement.
Three weeks previously, Fashion & Style ran an article questioning whether or not the Kapoor/Kaif relationship was on the rocks. To quote the article, "Kapoor recently decided to take a break from some filming commitments and flew to London to be with his parents. They celebrated Rishi Kapoor's 63rd birthday with Neetu Kapoor.
According to reports, Kaif also joined the celebrations, however, she was nowhere to be seen in the family pictures. While some reports speculate if she was cropped out of the photos, we're sure they have a reason for not putting her in the pictures. Kaif and Kapoor have kept quiet about their relationship and are perhaps only trying to do the same to stay away from the gossip."
