There is little doubt that Ross Lynch is one of the most popular young stars in Hollywood, today. However, Ross wasn’t always so popular. Despite being rumored to be dating his Disney Channel Austin & Ally and Teen Beach Movie 2 girlfriends Laura Marano and Maia Mitchell, as well as Courtney Eaton, Lynch admits he was uncool for most of his childhood.
In the recent issue of J-14, Ross Lynch talked about how he and his R5 brothers (and sister) were not very popular growing up, stating:
“I didn’t have a lot of friends. We were those kids that never had play dates or anything like that. -- It was always just us.”
However, to hear Ross’ Teen Beach Movie cast member and childhood friend, Mollee Gray, tell it, Ross has always had a lot of swag, telling Hollywood Life:
“I’ve actually known Ross since he was a little nugget. He grew up a dancer, so he went to dance conventions. How you guys know him now, as like a stud and ladies man, he was like that then at like six [or] seven-years-old. He’s a stud, he’s a stud. Especially for the Disney fans, they love him. If you imagine a little six-year-old blonde boy -- he had the blonde hair already -- with his whole family, they all came into conventions and Ross would walk up to the older girls and he’d be like ‘Hey, what’s up?’ And you’re just like, ‘Ross!’ And he was so little. Finally, he had a growth spurt but he was just a little nugget.”
Now Lynch had been romantically linked with almost every women he steps into a room with, including Laura Marano, Maia Mitchell, Courtney Eaton and even Bella Thorne.
