Tonight, Disney Channel’s hit series Girl Meets World is all new with a special “Who Done It,” mystery episode. Last week we were reunited with Mr Turner and the girls learned a lesson about Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns. Meanwhile, Sabrina Carpenter was recently asked about having Shawn Hunter (Rider Strong) serve as a step-father. The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Girl Meets World, titled “Girl Meets Fish,” reads:
“Riley is supposed to take the class fish home for the weekend, but it dies as soon as she gets it. Auggie suspects foul play.”

Last week we saw the return of Boy Meets World’s very own Dark Knight, Mr. Turner (Anthony Tyler Quinn). Turner served as a father figure to Shawn Hunter (Rider Strong) in the original series. Now, Shawn Hunter is acting as a father figure to young Maya Hart (Sabrina Carpenter).
Recently, Sabrina Carpenter spoke to International Business Times about if she want Shawn Hunter as a step-father:
“Who wouldn’t? Anyone who watched Boy Meets World would want Shawn as their step dad...He was such a lovable character -- with great hair.And still has great hair. Rider as a person is so fantastic that I think having him play a father would be an honor. Of course he’s not my father on the show, but we’ll see what happens.”
