It's sad that it has been less than a week and already Bobbi Kristina Brown's family are fighting over the money she had yet to inherit from her late mother, Whitney Houston. According to the latest gossip news updates, New Edition icon Bobby Brown is determined to get the $20 million of Houston's net worth that was set aside for her oldest daughter in her will, despite the fact that that would seem to run counter to Whitney's wishes. Even Bobbi Kristina's aunts are going at it with Leolah Brown already accusing Whitney's sister-in-law Pat of stealing on Facebook.
Although Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away just last Sunday, word has it that her whole family is gearing up to go to battle over the $20 million she was set to inherit on her 25th and 30th birthdays.
One source in the latest August 10, issue of In Touch Weekly explains that both the Browns and the Houstons seems so determined to get Bobbi's money that they have seemingly forgotten it's important to at least bury the body, before you start fighting over its things:
"Krissy body is hardly cold and they are already fighting for her millions.
"This nasty fight over her cash in the last thing that Krissy would have wanted."
According to the informant, instead of being broken by grief this week, Bobby Brown has been furious over the news that all the money that his daughter was yet to inherit was supposed to revert back to Whitney's living relatives -- not her ex-husband:
"He's outraged that under the terms of the trust, his ex-wife's millions go directly to her mother, Cissy, and two brothers [Gary and Michael].
"He may challenge it in court."
It would seem that Bobby's sister, is just as upset that the Houston's will be keeping the money -- putting Gary's wife, Pat Houston, on blast on Facebook, for reasons that were not completely determinable (via NYDailyNews):
"The Brown family has just learned that Marion Patricia Houston, AKA: Pat Houston, is asking for the public to send money to her foundation (The Marion P Foundation) on behalf of my niece Bobbi Kristina.
"PLEASE DO NOT SEND ONE RED CENT! As she has not even sat down & spoken to my brother Bobby, who is Bobbi Kristina's father, about this.
"This is nothing more than another scheme of Pat Houston, to try to get money put into her account for her personal gain. There is much evil hidden behind this foundation."
