Sure, Kylie Jenner's hip-hop boyfriend Tyga may have been able to get her a brand new Ferrari for her birthday, but the rapper is said to have trouble paying his rent. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Kingin' with Tyga star has been ordered to pay $70,000 in back rent and move out of his house just down the street from his Keeping Up with the Kardashians' girlfriends in Calabasas. Word has it that the 25-year-old claimed that he originally made a deal to buy the home, but it seems a California courts saw things differently.
He might act like he's the new king of the Cash Money Millionaires, but word has it that Tyga can't really even pay his rent.
Despite supposedly dropping $250K on a new Ferrari 458 for his 18-year-old girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, TMZ reports the Tyga has been all but kicked out of his home for shorting his landlord:
"Tyga needs to just move in with Kylie Jenner already, because he's been ordered to fork over $70,000 in back rent on a house in her gated community -- a pad he claims he's actually buying.
"On Monday a judge ruled he had stiffed the landlord.
"The bottom line is...he's got to pay up AND move out."
Although he is reportedly coming up a little light on his rent, Tyga apparently didn't mind trading all the water he wanted for a small fine.
According to Us Weekly, both Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend are both guilty of using more than their pre-rationed amount of water during one of the worst draughts California has ever seen:
"A recent report from the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District name Jenner, 18, and Tyga, 25, as using more than the allotted water amount in their multi-million dollar homes in Calabasas, Calif., homes.
"Jenner was hit with not one but two violations this summer, which includes a fine of $100 per offense (and $500 for a fourth offense)."
So, it looks like Tyga's having to move might have a positive effect on the environment, if not his reputation as a baller.
